1. Oats with chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1/2 banana (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • Fresh fruits like berries for topping
